Rhoda is a practicing REALTOR® and has built a successful real estate business since 2004. Along with being an active instructor of the 75-hour Pre-Licensing course and the 150-hour Broker’s course she also is certified to teach several designations and certifications including the Accredited Buyer’s Representative (ABR) designation, the Short Sales and Foreclosure Resource certification, the Seller Representative Specialist (SRS) designation, Certified Distressed Property Expert certification, and the Certified International Property Specialist (CIPS) designation.
Rhoda is known for bringing real world current experience to the classroom which enables students grasp the concepts and ideas being taught. Rhoda’s animated, humorous and engaging teaching style leaves students with the practical tools needed to take and pass their real estate classroom and state exam.
Prior to her real estate career, she held a leadership role for a major NYC financial firm as a project manager where she developed and implemented financial systems.
