We are actively accepting applications for licensed real estate licensing instructors, teachers for real estate professional and consumer seminars, and guest lecturers for inspirational industry master classes.

How To Become A Instructor, Teacher, Or Speaker

We are actively accepting applications for licensed real estate licensing instructors to teach the 75 Hour Pre Licensing Course, the 150 Hour Brokers Course, and Continuing Education courses.

You must be licensed by the New New Jersey Division of Banking and Insurance: Real Estate Commission to teach the official real estate licensing course.

Seminars are a single or multiple day professional courses that are provided on real estate or real estate-adjacent topics. Typically seminars will help real estate professionals to grow their business or become better at their careers. These courses typically have a have a curriculum, takeaways that can be used in the attendees day to day career, and provide attendees with a certificate of completion.

Master Classes are single day seminars that are meant to inspire as well as inform and instruct. Typically master class speakers will be seasoned professionals at the top of their fields. We accept master classes topics on real estate, business, and professional/self success. These courses do not have a curriculum but are meant to help people in their lives and careers by learning from the speaker’s experiences. (Think Ted Talks!)
