This is for Out of State Real Estate Salespeople who would like to get a dual license in New Jersey. We will walk you through the education waiver process and instruct you on the New Jersey specific portion of the test.
This course goes over the critical NJ state specific information that you will need to pass your NJ state test. We also walk you through – step by step – how to apply for your New Jersey Educational Waiver and give you the forms that you will need.
