Myles Garvey has been involved in the Real Estate Business for most of his life. He has an extensive business background that includes the Hospitality Industry, Retail, Logistics and Entertainment. He first entered Real Estate as a Property Flipper and a Landlord of Investment dwellings. Myles was licensed in 1994 and has been involved in many residential and commercial transactions. He has been a Managing Broker for major franchise companies and is credited with creating and implementing successful sales training programs. He has also been a consultant to high producing sales teams in Passaic County and is a Certified New Jersey Real Estate License Instructor. Myles is currently serving his second term on the Board of Directors of the Greater Bergen Realtors Association and is also very active in his local community of Elmwood Park. In the past, he has served as a Commissioner on the Elmwood Park Board of Health and the Elmwood Park Recreation Commission. Myles is one of the founding fathers of Elmwood Park Little League. He also founded the Elmwood Park Citizens Patrol and was a past candidate for Council. He currently serves as a member of the Elmwood Park Planning Board and is a Broker Manager for Christie’s International Real Estate in Closter.
