Refund Policy

This Refund Policy explains how refunds, cancellations and returns work for purchases made from the Alexander Anderson Center for Real Estate Education (CFREE) on www.recareercenter.com.
Courses, classes and extensions
Refunds, cancellations, transfers and attendance rules for our courses, classes, exam prep and extensions are set out in the FAQs and refund policy for each program, published on our FAQs & Refund Policy page. Those program terms apply to every enrollment, as described in our Terms and Conditions. Many courses can also be transferred to another student; see the FAQs for details.
Books and other shipped items
- Contact us with your order number and the reason for your request before sending anything back. We will confirm whether the item is eligible and how to return it.
- Returned books should be unused and in their original condition, with proof of purchase.
- Items damaged in transit or sent in error will be replaced or refunded; please tell us promptly and include photos if possible.
- Digital items such as printable PDF textbooks cannot be returned once they have been delivered or downloaded.
How refunds are issued
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. Your bank or card issuer may take additional days to show the credit. Original shipping charges are refundable only where the return is due to our error.
