This Shipping Policy explains how the Alexander Anderson Center for Real Estate Education (CFREE) delivers orders placed on www.recareercenter.com.

Online courses and digital items

Online courses, live-online classes, extensions and digital items such as printable PDF textbooks are delivered electronically, usually by email or through your student account. Nothing is shipped for these items.

Where we ship

Physical books and textbooks are shipped to addresses within the United States. If you need delivery elsewhere, contact us before ordering.

Shipping options and delivery times

Shipping options and costs are shown at checkout. Our standard book shipping is a flat rate and usually arrives within 3 to 7 business days after your order is processed. Delivery estimates are not guaranteed and carrier delays can occur.

Local pickup

Books can be picked up at our school at 14 Bergen St, Hackensack, NJ during the pickup hours shown at checkout. Please wait for confirmation that your order is ready before you come in.

Tracking, lost or damaged parcels

When tracking is available we will share it by email. If your order arrives damaged or does not arrive, contact us and we will work with the carrier to resolve it.

Address accuracy

Please check your shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for delays caused by an incorrect address.
