Chapter Tracker Form
You will need to complete Chapter Tracker Form each time you take a class/chapter.
When you are finished taking at least 80% of each of the 21 Chapters plus a Test Review, you can then submit the Chapter Tracker following the instructions at www.recareercenter.com/test.
Our online learning system tracks your hours – YOU ARE RESPONSIBLE for tracking your chapters.
When you sign up for the school exam we match your Chapter Tracker against our system records of your logged attendance as a double compliance system.
We submit the information to PSI, the state testing system, after you pass your school exam.
You can either print the document and use an app like Genius Scan to take a photo of the image or you can fill it out digitally.
