By purchasing or accessing any products, courses, or digital tools offered by the Center for Real Estate Education (“CFREE”), including live, self-paced, and AI-assisted programs, you consent to receive communications from CFREE via email, SMS/text message, phone, and postal mail.

These communications may include enrollment confirmations, course updates, transactional notices, promotional offers, or informational messages related to CFREE services. Messages may be sent manually or by automated systems, and your consent is not a condition of purchase.

You may opt out of promotional communications at any time by using the unsubscribe link in an email, replying “STOP” to a text, or contacting info@recareercenter.com. Transactional or legally required notices will continue to be sent as needed.

“Consequential loss” includes loss of profit, revenue, business opportunity, goodwill, data, or reputation, whether arising under contract, tort (including negligence), or otherwise.

Because some jurisdictions do not allow these limitations, portions of this clause may not apply in certain locations.
