When we collect and process personal information, and while we retain it, CFREE protects it using commercially acceptable security measures to prevent loss, theft, or unauthorized access, disclosure, or modification.

Although we take every reasonable precaution, no method of electronic transmission or storage is 100% secure, and absolute data security cannot be guaranteed. In the event of a data breach, CFREE will comply with all applicable laws and notification requirements.

All third-party partners are contractually obligated to handle data in accordance with this Privacy Policy and applicable law.

6. International Transfers of Personal Information

Personal information may be stored or processed in the United States or in other jurisdictions where CFREE or its third-party providers maintain operations.

These countries may have different data protection laws than your own. CFREE will ensure all international transfers:

  1. Comply with applicable legal standards; and

You agree not to:

  • Copy, modify, or distribute CFREE materials without written authorization
  • Transmit unlawful, offensive, or fraudulent content
  • Attempt unauthorized access to CFREE systems or student data
  • Use CFREE trademarks or content for commercial gain without consent

Intellectual Property

All materials, branding, videos, and content on CFREE platforms are the property of CFREE or its licensors and are protected by copyright and trademark law. Users are granted a limited, non-transferable license for personal educational use only.

10. Liability

Our website and materials are provided on an ā€œas isā€ basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, CFREE makes no warranties, express or implied, and disclaims all warranties including but not limited to merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

In no event shall CFREE or its suppliers be liable for any consequential, indirect, or incidental damages arising from the use or inability to use our website, courses, or materials — even if CFREE or an authorized representative has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

ā€œConsequential lossā€ includes loss of profit, revenue, business opportunity, goodwill, data, or reputation, whether arising under contract, tort (including negligence), or otherwise.

12. Links

CFREE is not responsible for content or policies of external websites linked from its platforms. The inclusion of a link does not constitute endorsement. Users access external sites at their own risk and are encouraged to review those sites’ terms and privacy policies.

13. Right to Terminate

CFREE may suspend or terminate a user’s access to its website, courses, or platforms immediately upon written notice for any violation of these Terms of Service or applicable law.

14. Severance

If any portion of these Terms is held invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

15. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed under the laws of the State of New Jersey. You agree to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in New Jersey.

New Jersey laws are subject to change, sometimes with limited notice. CFREE cannot be held responsible for law changes made during the duration of a course.
