Florida requires 63 hours of approved pre-license education before an applicant may sit for the state sales associate examination.
Applicants must be at least 18 years old, have a high school diploma or equivalent and have a United States Social Security number. Florida residency is not required.
Submit the license application and fingerprints, complete the course and end-of-course examination, obtain approval to test, pass the state examination and activate the license with a broker.
